BACK ON THE ICE TOMORROW: IMPORTANT CANSKATE, PRE-CAN & FUNDAMENTALS REMINDERS

We’re looking forward to welcoming everyone back to the ice tomorrow. Please review the reminders below to help ensure a smooth and confident first day back.

First Day Back Check-In
New families must check in at the front table when you arrive. At check-in, you will be given your skater’s group information and an equipment check will be completed. You will also be told your skater’s coach name and group colour.
There has been some movement within groups, so it is important to check in at the front table during the first session back to confirm your skater’s group and coach.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow enough time to put skates on and be ready before the session begins.

Equipment Requirements
Please ensure your skater arrives with the required equipment. Helmet requirements can be reviewed here:
https://www.eastyorkskatingclub.com/pages/programs/pre-can/helmet-policy/

Entering and Exiting the Ice
Entrances and exits to the ice have been set up to support smooth and safe flow between sessions. Please refer to the entry and exit document and rink map provided in our email communications. If you have any questions upon arrival, a club representative will be available in the lobby to assist.

Attendance and Make-Up Lessons
Due to the group-based structure of these programs, we are unable to offer make-up lessons for missed classes.

Tips for a Successful Season
We encourage families to regularly check the Calendar and News section of our website for important updates, reminders, and schedule changes throughout the season.

We’re excited to see everyone back on the ice starting tomorrow. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
